Meet... Santie Claus

I remember right after Thanksgivin' we would go to Sear and Roebuck to see Santa. Man, that porky, bearded dude scared the bejeepers out of me.

Why did I have to sit on his lap and tell him what I wanted anyway? Heck, I wrote him a letter, wasn't that good enough?

Meet Another Santie Claus...

As a youn'un, on Christmas Eve I used to leave Santa a bologna and ketchup sandwich. (That was my favorite.) One year on Christmas mornin', I saw my partially eaten sandwich in the trash! *Gasp* Completely traumatized by this, I later received a letter from him tellin' me he was sorry, but he was too full to finish it. Whew! I felt much better.
